TenderFit is offered for business use. By requesting a preview or subscribing, you confirm that you are acting wholly or mainly for business purposes and are authorised to provide the submitted company information.
What TenderFit provides
TenderFit monitors listed procurement sources, compares notices with a configured business profile and provides informational recommendations and alerts. Coverage, frequency and functionality may change as the limited release develops.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that every relevant notice will be identified, that suitable opportunities will exist, that a buyer will accept a bid, or that any contract will be won. You remain responsible for checking official notices, tender documents, eligibility, deadlines and submission requirements.
Subscriptions
When payments are enabled, monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues through the paid period unless suspended for misuse, non-payment or a serious security reason.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, resell private outputs without permission, or use TenderFit to misrepresent qualifications or evidence.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party data. To the extent permitted by law, TenderFit is not responsible for indirect losses, lost bidding costs, lost profits or decisions made without checking the official procurement material.
Launch note
These terms are a limited-release draft and require final operator identity, governing-law and liability details before broad paid launch.
