Cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal. Access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period.
First-payment guarantee
Your first subscription payment is protected by a seven-day money-back guarantee. Request cancellation and a refund within seven calendar days of that first paid charge if TenderFit is unsuitable for your business.
Later payments
After the initial guarantee, paid subscription periods are normally non-refundable, including unused time or partial months. We will correct duplicate or incorrect charges and may provide a full or proportionate refund where a material technical failure prevents the paid service from being provided.
What is not guaranteed
The subscription pays for monitoring, matching and delivery—not a guaranteed number of suitable tenders or a contract win. The absence of a suitable opportunity during a billing period does not itself create a refund entitlement.
How to request help
Use the contact form with the account email and charge date. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider and bank processing times. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
