Information we collect

We may collect business contact details, company information, service descriptions, regions, contract preferences, exclusions, support messages and subscription or service-status information. Card information will be processed by our payment provider rather than stored by TenderFit.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide requested previews, configure matching, deliver opportunity notifications, respond to enquiries, operate subscriptions, prevent misuse and improve match quality. We do not sell customer profile information.

Lawful basis

Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to take requested steps before a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in securely operating and improving TenderFit. Marketing requiring consent will only be sent where an appropriate basis exists.

Providers and retention

We use service providers for hosting, official procurement data, email delivery and—when enabled—payments. We retain preview requests and customer records only as long as reasonably needed for the requested service, legal obligations, security and dispute handling.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete applicable personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw marketing consent. Use the contact form. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
