Which opportunities do you monitor?

TenderFit monitors the UK government's Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and Public Contracts Scotland OCDS feeds. Every alert links to the original notice. Coverage and source availability can change, so the official portals remain the final authority.

Do you cover the whole UK?

Not yet fully. England (via Find a Tender and Contracts Finder) and Scotland (via Public Contracts Scotland) are both actively monitored. Wales and Northern Ireland don't yet have a dedicated source, though higher-value Welsh and Northern Irish contracts that go through Find a Tender — which is mandatory UK-wide above a certain contract value — can still appear. We'll update this page if and when full Welsh and Northern Irish coverage is added.

Is the sample on the homepage a real customer result?

No. It is an illustrative decision brief showing the format and level of explanation TenderFit is designed to provide.

Will TenderFit tell me whether I should bid?

It recommends BID NOW, PREPARE, REVIEW, WATCH or SKIP from the information available, then shows the matching reasons and obvious blockers. Free previews can also include CLOSE CONTENDER results — notices in the same broad sector with no exact match against your specific services, shown for illustrative purposes so the preview isn't empty when nothing matches exactly. You must still check the complete procurement documents.

Can I control what I get alerted about?

Yes. Every alert email includes a link to manage your preferences — choose whether you receive strong matches (BID NOW) immediately, a digest for good matches, deadline reminders, and optionally broader close-contender-style matches for more coverage at the cost of precision. The last of these is off by default.

How much does it cost?

Founding access is £12 per month after the free preview. There is no annual commitment and you can cancel before the next renewal.

Do I need a dashboard?

No. The core service is email-first. The goal is to put a small, useful shortlist in your inbox.

Can I run more than one business through TenderFit?

Yes. Each business has its own matching profile, assessment and notification preferences.

Can I get a refund?

Please see the refund policy. Statutory rights are not affected.
